Shipping and Returns

Shipping within Spain and Europe

We ship across Spain and Europe. For international deliveries, please request a quote by providing your full address (including postal code).

  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Mainland Spain: 24–48 business hours.
    • Balearic Islands: 72–96 business hours.
    • Europe: Delivery time varies by destination — always with tracking and secure packaging.
  • Shipping carriers: MRW, GLS, or DHL, depending on weight and volume.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight/volume. We recommend consolidating multiple items into a single order to save on shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

You have a right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the item, as mandated by EU consumer law — known as the “cooling-off” period. The piece must not be opened, installed, or altered in any way.

How to Request a Return (RMA)

  1. Email us at info@desguacegandia.shop with your invoice or order number.
  2. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to complete and sign.
  3. Once your RMA is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is ours (e.g., defective or incorrect part), we will cover all return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • If the error is yours (e.g., wrong part ordered), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will process your refund or exchange once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse. If the requested replacement is not available, we will refund you using the same payment method used for the purchase.
