Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Desguace Gandía, S.L. By browsing or purchasing in our store, you agree to these terms and conditions and commit to complying with them. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Prices and Ordering

  • For deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain, please contact our sales team at info@desguacegandia.shop or call +34 962 804 270.
  • We reserve the right to update prices or specifications without prior notice.
  • Prices do not include VAT; this will be applied based on your location.
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you choose bank transfer, we will send you the payment details; please send proof of payment to info@desguacegandia.shop.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping within mainland Spain: 24–48 working hours via MRW, GLS, or DHL (freight prepaid).
  • For other destinations, please request specific conditions.
  • If you prefer another carrier, specify it in the order comments; we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
  • Please check the order upon delivery. If you find any damage or incorrect items, note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 24 h at info@desguacegandia.shop.
  • Ownership of the goods remains with Desguace Gandía until full payment is received.

3. Returns and Exchanges

  • You have 15 working days from receipt to request an exchange or return, provided the part has not been manipulated, installed, or altered. An invoice is required.
  • Send your request by email to info@desguacegandia.shop with the invoice attached.
  • We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form to sign and return along with the part.
  • If the error is ours (defective or incorrect part), we will cover the shipping costs and send a replacement or refund. If the error is yours, you will bear the shipping costs both ways.

4. Warranty on Used Parts

We guarantee the correct operation of each part for:

  • 1 month for consumers (end users).
  • 6 months for professionals (non-consumers).

If the part fails, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, third-party interventions, unauthorised transport, wear and tear, or accessory parts such as injectors, belts, filters, etc.

The customer must notify us of the defect within 15 days of detection and send the part with the necessary documentation. Warranty validity will be confirmed after inspection at our warehouse.

5. Claims

You can send us any claims by email (info@desguacegandia.shop) or in person at our premises (Calle Els Ferrers 9, 46723 Almoines, Valencia). Official complaint forms are available upon request. We respond within one month.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Gandía.
